guardrails than what there used to be in these positions because people are picking them up and taking care of them and they make a living out of taking care of them. Exactly. So but I mean I think the gifted people have to be managed. If it's a gifted musician in a church, if it's a a a a gifted whatever, you know, that sometimes they have to be managed. And it takes people that show up to do that. That just show up, man. Just show up and and and keep on doing. And I think treating people, if you can't treat people good, get away. You know, if you can't be nice to them, you know, and uh and I watch this little guy on and I get a lot of my education from TikTok, okay? And I just it's just do, okay? I mean I mean uh people talk all the time I don't like it. I said, well I just love it. Okay. I find a lot of my I tell my doctor all the time I said now I went on TikTok and this is what I found out what was going on. They don't like it. She wrote it in my chart. Oh look but uh but you know when you you see people and there's different things that they do and I'm thinking man you know how they I watch that little guy he buys gold and his little old tiny I don't he's I don't know what nationality he is Iranian or something but he buys gold from people all the time in the store and he buys his watches I mean real high dollar I can't believe people like $100,000 watches.

I never I never thought of nothing like that. I I mean I can't I I mean when timex went up to $22 you know and my my one of my daughters bought me one finally but I thought um but I mean he and then people come in and they'll insult him you know they'll insult him and say mean things to him and and say stuff and he always still making the deal. He'd say oh really you know and they'll say you little short ugly thing like that. Oh okay how much does gold weigh? You know and he'll weigh it out but I can see him he's his customer service skills and being able to not be so thin skinned yeah yeah and not take it so personal. Yeah. And I think that's an important gift.

There's no no doubt about it. I I well again we go back to the the ultimate human is Jesus Christ. So what what was his model self-emptying self-empty others focused love your enemy enough to die for him. Yeah that's a that's a high mark it's a high bar but that's the perfect human and if we can get close to that self-empty get rid of our agendas become others focused you know we were we were talking the other night um you know God's looking for partners I think he's looking for partners to partner with here on earth and the first partner he really really chose was Abraham Abram at the time if you look at that story uh there there was a death in the family and there were two nieces that were going to be left widowed and Abraham took one of them he married Sarai and it says and Sarai was barren. And if you look at the Jewish history of that it is understood that Abraham knew he had a choice and he took the one that was barren and in a Jewish society that was death because he literally said I will not have an offspring and God was like if you're that kind of guy I want to partner with you and not only I'm going to bless you with an offspring but all nations are going to be blessed by you. God was looking for that guy who was others focused and didn't have his own agenda.

I think that's beautiful. Isn't it you know I think when we can do things and really keep our agendas in check and be careful. You know what I mean saying make sure that I'm doing this to help and I'm doing it to be part. Right. And but I think sometimes when you're I'm very pushy okay I want to get something done. If I'm on I if I'm a part of a board or I'm doing something I mean I'm in there like a madman. Right. Okay. And it scares some people because they don't know what your what your agenda is and you try to have to reaffirm it all the time. Now man I'm here to help but I'm not going to just sit here and look up. Right yeah okay I mean when I go into something I'm rewriting bylaws I'm saying this I'm I I I lay out policies and procedures and I want to do things because I got a way I want things I let's tell me how we do things and let's get it on paper. You know and and work on those kind of things. But I think it I and it sometimes
